- Collect three current events for the same topic from different news sources. Current Events
- Analyze the three different articles and sources. Which do you find more trustworthy and balanced? why?
- For each gather the who, what, when, where, and why.
- Why is this topic important to you, the United States, and the World?
- What does it say about possible outcomes for the future?
Films
- Find one film for each for the following topics: Cold War. (These films can be documentaries or historical fiction (your choice).
- Cite the film using MLA format and make sure it is appropriate.
- Based off of your current knowledge or knowledge gained through reading the text, is this film accurate and informative?
Field Trips
- Choose a museum to visit.
- Create a Snapchat like story with at least twenty pictures/videos
- Story should provide things you learned during your visit.
